Interpreter List
You must contact the interpreters on the list below. The SCAD does not contact the interpreters or set up arrangements. The terms and conditions of the interpreters' services are solely between the service user and the service provider.
Q: Does SCAD provide Interpreters? A: No. SCAD provides the list only after screening the interpreters.
Q: Is SCAD an Interpreter Agency? A: No.
Q: I am Deaf and my Doctor's office said I have to bring my own interpreter. Am I suppose to?
A: No. Per ADA requirements, the Doctor's office must provide effective communication. They can use the interpreter list to hire an interpreter.
